Patrick
Doney joined the ABC 13 News team in April 2006. He brings with
him several years of experience in and around broadcasting at
his current school, Liberty University, as well as two summers
of training as a sports intern at KABC-TV in Los Angeles.
Patrick refers to sports as his “passion” and started
playing and watching it fanatically at an early age. He
remembers the Angels World Series win as his best sports memory,
and an interview with Kobe Bryant as his favorite career moment.
Patrick enjoys working out, watching sports and playing lots of
golf in his spare time and is always looking for stories about
people in the community making a difference.
