GRANDMA'S SALMON QUICHE

Salmon Quiche
 
Combine 1 can salmon cleaned and flaked (drain liquid)
              3 beaten eggs           
              1c. plain yogurt
              1/4c. mayo
               1/2c. shredded cheese
               1tbl. grated onion
               1/4tsp.dried dillweed
               You may add a few slivered or sliced almonds
 
Add to a pie crust that has been baked @425 degrees for 10 minutes
Bake Quiche for approximately 1 hour @ 350. 
After 45 min., check color and firmness in the center by usin a knife. 
 If it comes out clean, it is done
